Maple Leaf Motel’s policies are as follows:
The Maple Leaf Motel offers many comforts of home, a cozy atmosphere and a friendly staff year round. Our rates are economical year round, even during the “high season”. We are very pleased to offer you a very nice stay while you are away from home. This policy explains our rates, seasonal rates, and taxes.
All of the room rates at the maple Leaf Motel are based on one person per bed per night and are determined by dates requested, room type, and subject to availability. There is a $10 fee per additional guest per night. Children under the age of twelve (12) stay free. All rooms are subject to state and local taxes. Rates may change without notice. During In-season periods room rates are slightly higher. Ceiling fan rooms are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
All rooms at the Maple Leaf Motel are nonsmoking. We have designated smoking areas outside. Oregon law prohibits smoking within 10 feet of entrances, exits, windows that open, and ventilation intakes of workplaces or public places. Thank you.
No Cooking Appliances, Combustibles or Open Flame Allowed on Property: In order to insure the safety of its guests; the Maple Leaf Motel prohibits any type of cooking appliances, candles, lanterns, any device with an open flame or any combustible items in their rooms or outside their rooms which is strictly prohibited per order of the Shady Cove Fire Department.
We know how much you love your pets. Animals do not like to be without their humans in unfamiliar locations. Leaving a pet unattended in a room can have a pet misbehaving, such as barking, tearing up garbage, marking the carpet and furniture. We are not saying your pet will misbehave, but to avoid any potential situations like we described – pets are not allowed to stay at the Maple Leaf Motel.
Our policy is also due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions to pet dander and to the threat of fleas and ticks. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay with us, we have put our pet policy in place.
Please no extra guests or gatherings. The number of guests you register at the front desk is the maximum number of guests to stay in your room.
The Maple Leaf Motel’s Lost and Found policy is pertaining to Items lost or found on the motel premises or left in a guest room after a guest has checked-out. The motel will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest – after trying to contact the guest the found item/s will be placed in our Lost & Found. Any items in the Lost and Found, which are not claimed within sixty (30) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
We would like to request that if there should be a spill of any sort, please report it to the front office – we are more than happy to lend a helping hand.
Thank you for staying with us! We look forward to seeing you soon!
